Alan Fernando - Managing Director

Alan is the founder of Elements of Research, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Management from the University of Oregon , USA .
Alan has over 15 years of market research experience; and achieved the accreditation from BVQI for the ISO 9001:2000.
Prior to establishing Elements of Research, he worked with Taylor Nelson Sofres as the Operations Director. He executed numerous projects including those involved with multi-country co-ordination. His main strength is in managing numerous aspects of fieldwork for both qualitative & quantitative– such as from recruitment up to reporting, from face-to-face & telephone to central location tests.

Rhoel Dilag – Data Processing Manager

Rhoel started his love of programming in the mid-1980’s when computer programming was young and the Internet was in its infancy.
He has continued this love for computing while taking up B.S. Biology at the University of the Philippines.
Armed with his Healthcare related background and his passion for programming, he began his market research career 10 years ago with U.K. based Isis Research Ltd. (now Synovate Healthcare in the Philippines) handling both local and multi-country projects as its DP Manager in Asia.

He then worked for TNS-Asiapanels focusing on FMCG accounts.
And now, at Elements of Research, spearheaded by Alan, Rhoel takes advantage of current innovation, technology and modern communications to take Elements of Research to new frontiers in the market research world.
In the advent of Rhoel’s arrival, EOR is now equipped with the proven NIPO Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) and for web interviewing (CAWI) software giving faster results and better quality data. EOR is also capable of providing tables for analysis and can even give clients an opportunity to view the results securely online.
